The Power of NO

Good Day!

I hope everyone is enjoying their week and enjoying the first day of Sep. There are several things that my clients often complain about....but the ONE thing that seems to often come up is, saying NO! Saying NO to that piece of cake at your office party. Saying NO to the extra beer (or that tequila shot) at the bar but most of all, saying NO to excuses.

Summer is coming to a close and the kids are going back to school and the long days will soon be ov,er which usually means that people get back to their routine of the gym. Dieting is NOT what Im suggesting. Just saying NO to the latte and saying YES to the lunchtime walk is the best way to keep on track and motivated. My mantra is "eat less, move more"! Such a simple concept right? Well....NO excuses! I want all you aspiring fitness freaks to start the fall with a new routine.

Take 30 min today to walk, run, jump in place at your desk (yes, you will get some looks but no one is gonna be laughing when you show up to the Christmas party looking Phenominal!) Small meals and long walks....oh and a kick in the ass from your trainer Kelly

See you in the gym!
Dedicated to my friend Renee....who never gives up on her friends XXOO

  1. I love it! It's all about mind control. Most of the time when we snack it's just because we are bored or are weak when it comes to food's temptation. Go for a walk (or a hike) and if you must make a starbucks run, get a house coffee instead of a latte. hugs my dear friend and trainer :)
