Without Labor Nothing Prospers

Good Afternoon to all those who strive for a better YOU!

In the spirit of Labor Day....and the end of summer I want to leave you with some words to think about.
We often overlook the fact that a good diet and health depend on the labor of it. Working hard physically is a key component to fitness but there is also hard work mentally and emotionally. Nothing in life that is worth it ever comes easy and so today, as summer comes to a close, think about where you are in your  fitness program.

If you are just beginning, make a game plan. Write down what you need to do and what you expect from your hard work. Talk to a trainer (yours truly) and see what it takes to make it to your goal. If you have been working at it for a while, write down what you have accomplished and make sure to keep your trainer (yours truly) informed of any obstacles you are facing. If you are a seasoned gym rat, KEEP AT IT! Remember, its a lifestyle! Stay on top of your diet and frequency in the gym. Keep in mind, a trainer is the best way to get the results you want and deserve!
